Mehmet Kodakoğlu graduated from the Faculty of Law at Anadolu University in 2003. He completed his master’s degree in 2007 at Başkent University Institute of Social Sciences, specializing in Private Law, with a thesis titled “Resolution of Disputes Arising from Construction Contracts Prepared According to FIDIC Standard Contracts through Arbitration”.
In 2017, he obtained his doctoral degree in the Department of Private Law (Civil Procedure-Execution and Bankruptcy Law) at Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences with a thesis titled “Direct Intervention in Civil Procedure Law”.
Since 2018, he has been teaching courses in Civil Procedure-Execution and Bankruptcy Law at Selçuk University Faculty of Law.
He is proficient in English at an advanced level and has a good command of German.
